Our Captain Morgan Jeep Safari Tour: Malta

Our Captain Morgan Jeep Safari Tour: Malta

For Malta we decided to do a Jeep Safari Tour with the largest tour company in the area. We saw most of the island's highlights in just one day. While I don't always love the organized fun, I have found that doing these smaller tours are much more personal and end up being a lot more enjoyable than the large tour bus travel. And with the added bonus that you get to cover a lot of ground in a short amount of time.

A Week Spent Skiing In Sölden, Austria

A Week Spent Skiing In Sölden, Austria

What is better than snowboarding, drinking a flying hirsch on top of a snow capped mountain, and warming up with a hot meal after a long day of skiing? Well, not much in my opinion! A Visit to the Caves in the Swabian Alb

A Visit to the Caves in the Swabian Alb

We took a short 45 minute drive south to visit a cave in the Swabian Alb. This area, while in my backyard, is fairly new to me and I've been having a blast exploring it recently. We went to the Bad Urach waterfall the other weekend and since then I've been researching other areas with the Alb to hike around. I came across a few caves that are close by and within a short distance from one another. These are the Nebenhöhle, the Barenhöhle and the Falkensteiner cave.

A Day Trip To Bad Urach Waterfall

A Day Trip To Bad Urach Waterfall

Bad Urach is a small town that's roughly 30 minutes south of Stuttgart, Germany. It's in the Swabian Alb that runs through Baden-Wurttemburg. Interestingly, it was once home to the most volcanic areas in the world. Because of this, there are a great deal of interesting geographical formations and great spas that use the surrounding natural resources.
